Biscuit Class $52 a one hour class where Regina teaches you her techniques to make perfect biscuits everytime. She sends you home with her recipe printed tea towel and biscuit cutter as well. (Thursday-Friday @ 3pm and Saturday @ 11am & 3pm Brunch Class $90 Bring your libations for this fun Brunch class, we make biscuits, shrimp and grits and you also learn the art of the French Omelet. By appointment at 10am Summer Salad Class $60 In this one hour class you will learn three salad dressings, Regina's Preserved Lemon Vinaigrette to go on her Crispy Prosciutto-Apple Salad, her Green Goddess which makes the most memorable cole slaw for those summer grill nights and tangy French Dressing which is essential for the classic Avocado-Grapefruit Salad. Bring a bottle of wine because you will partake in the three salads! By appointment Soufflé Class $60 Chef Regina will teach you the tricks of the trade to make a perfect soufflé. You will make a savory, cheese soufflé and a creamy chocolate soufflé. By appointment Sauce Class $65 You will learn three "go to" sauces that you can put several twists on- a classic wine butter sauce, a hollandaise and a port reduction. Bring your wine (not for the sauce- for you) because your will be tasting these sauces on a couple of dishes that will inspire you to go home and cook! By appointment
